The Carbonari family, owner of Hotel Trentino built in 1905, has been part of more than 100 years of tradition and history in the hamlet of Carbonare, welcoming its guests in the magical natural landscape of Folgaria, the heart of 'Alpe Cimbra.

Originally born as a tavern for travelers at the beginning of the last century, the Carbonari family still maintains tradition in hospitality and is proposing - with the third generation - to welcome its guests through its long experience and philosophy Hotel based on comfort and relaxation, on outdoor sports and on a healthy and typically thirty-strong diet.
