Carbonare - Round of the Great War 2 - Trekking Routes Folgaria

Path of historical, natural and landscape interest. It allows a visit to some of the testimonies of the First Great World War (1914-1918) in the Carbonare area such as the Military Hospital of the Ellipse, the Virti sector command and the Guazcovel front line trenches.

Easy to navigate, it takes place in a natural beauty of great beauty dominated by the unmistakable profile of Bécco di Filadonna. They cross pastures and coppice forest, between 1000 and 1100 m in height, passing through the ancient Virti farm. It develops predominantly on a path and dirt road.
